About the Author

Growing up in the New Haven area of Connecticut with a family of storytellers, young Mitchell (or "Minnow") was swept up in a whirlwind of colorful characters and extraordinary events . . .some of which might have even been true! The result of this upbringing is a man who sees the world from a rather warped and wacky point of view. Loyal son, annoying little brother, loving husband, fun father, cranky volunteer, optimistic cynic, wannabe stand-up comic who likes to sit, artist, cartoonist, marketing director, pop culturist, writer, movie extra, one time political candidate, "Indiana Jones" wannabe and a space pirate with marshmallow filling are just a few words that trained professionals would not use to describe Mitchell A.
